Solidarity with our customers affected by the health crisis

At CA next bank, we make sure we are there through both the good times and the bad. That’s why we are showing our solidarity with our communities of customers who are struggling due to the health crisis.

For customers struggling to pay their mortgage, we treat each case individually with kindness to find personalised solutions, such as postponing payments.

We have also decided to do something for our customers who have lost their jobs by temporarily suspending their account maintenance fees, so that they can look for a new job with a bit more peace of mind.
