Participation in the SEROCoV-WORK+ study conducted by HUG

To contribute to medical research on COVID-19 and let our employees know whether they have been exposed to the virus, we participated in a study conducted by Geneva University Hospitals (HUG).

In May 2020, the Population Epidemiology Unit at Geneva University Hospitals launched a new study to measure coronavirus exposure of essential workers who worked during the partial lockdown period.

Employees of several companies, including Crédit Agricole next bank, are to be tested for 15 months on a voluntary basis. Participation in this study allows each individual to know if they were exposed to the coronavirus during the entire period prior to the test.

On an institutional scale, this was the bank’s contribution to scientific research on this new disease.
